A-10 Hoops is upon us and Stanz and I are getting pumped up for the start of the regular season. Tomorrow we’ll chat with Temple News sportswriter Kyle Gauss about the upcoming season, how the conference shakes out, and how the defending champion Owls will recover without the presence (and easy marketing slogans) of the recently-graduated Dionte Christmas.
We’ll also talk with Duquesne Duke sports editor Steve Orbanek about the Dukes roster, how the young team will handle the loss of senior and leading scorer Aaron Jackson, how the Lady Dukes will build upon last season’s successes, and this year’s big DU-Pitt game at Mellon Arena.
